Lexi Weber, CPA is the Senior Manager of Emerging Professionals Initiatives at AICPA & CIMA, where she oversees programs like the Leadership Academy, the EPICenter Webcast Series, We’re About Success, EDGE Leadership Track at ENGAGE, the Emerging Leaders Award, the AICPA Visionary Award, and the Emerging Professionals Initiatives Committee. Lexi is a passionate advocate for professional growth and building community within the accounting and finance profession.

Lexi’s background includes auditing, transaction advisory, and leadership development. She is actively involved with the Buffalo Chapter of NY CPA, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Western New York, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Lexi has a Master’s in Accounting with a specialization in Internal Audit and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University at Buffalo. 

Lexi’s recent recognitions include being named a CPA Practice Advisor 40 Under 40 and a Buffalo Business First 30 Under 30 honoree in 2025. In 2024, she was appointed to the SUNY Buffalo Accounting Advisory Council, awarded as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Visionary of the Year for Western New York, and nominated for Ignition’s Top 50 Women in Accounting. She also received the NY CPA Emerging Leader Award and completed the AICPA Leadership Academy in 2023.
