Sarah Baldeo is a globally renowned neuroscientist, AI Architect and doctoral researcher on AI Cognition. As a bestselling author and global keynote speaker her life's work examines how intelligent systems are reshaping human cognition, executive judgment, and institutional decision-making. Having built AI tools since 2005 she has architected OCR and facial recognition tools for tech giants Google and Uber.

She is the lead researcher behind the largest peer-reviewed study to date, by sample size, on generative AI and executive function, published in a journal of the American Psychological Association. Her research examines how reliance on generative AI alters cognitive load, neural activation, and leadership decision behavior — with measurable implications for organizations navigating rapid technological acceleration. She is completing her PhD at Middlesex University (UK), where her work continues to explore the neuroscience of human–machine collaboration.

Sarah is the author of 100 Ways to Future-Proof Your Brain in the Age of AI, released internationally through Barnes & Noble, Indigo, and Waterstones. The book has become a leadership text on cognitive resilience and strategic thinking in the AI era.

With more than 1,400 keynote appearances across North America and Europe, Sarah has advised and spoken for Coca-Cola, Sony Ericsson, the Canadian Government, and the U.S. Department of Defense. She is a frequent national media contributor, appearing on BBC, CBC, CTV, NBC, FOX, and SiriusXM.

Sarah served as an Executive Director at Deloitte and as a Partner at CGI, leading large-scale AI, biometric, and digital transformation initiatives across financial services, media, and public sector institutions. She is a six-time founder with two successful exits, having taken 3 companies to IPO, and manages a private investment vehicle focused on AI, neurotechnology, and strategic growth companies.

Sarah is the CEO of ID Quotient, a global neurotechnology and innovation advisory firm serving organizations in over 40 countries.

Her work centers on one defining question:

How do we unlock the 100 trillion synaptic connections of the human brain and upgrade our operating system in the Age of A.I.
