Chris Bailey is a Director in PwC's Financial Markets - Real Estate practice providing transaction, valuation, and advisory services to commercial real estate investors and lenders.

Chris is the real estate leader for PwC's US LIBOR transition task force working with clients to understand the market and organization impacts of LIBOR reform. 

Chris received a BS in Finance, Accounting and Real Estate from Indiana University and is a CFA charterholder. He is a member of the AICPA, Urban Land Institute, Commercial Real Estate Finance Council, and the CFA Society of Boston.
