Billy is an Audit Partner at KPMG LLP in the Houston office. He has more than 17 years of experience. As a Partner in KPMG Houston Energy and Industrial Products Groups, Billy has substantial experience leading and coordinating financial statement audits and audits of internal control over financial reporting. Billy serves as a local and national instructor for KPMG. He completed a 3-year rotation in KPMG's Professional Practice Group in New York City, where he served as a team member of the Revenue, Lease, Income tax and IFRS technical topic groups. He is a frequent speaker at KPMG internal and external programs and webcasts, such as KPMG's Executive Education courses and CFO Financial Forum Webcasts.

In addition to serving clients in KPMG's Energy Group, Billy is passionate about diversity, mentoring as well as career and professional development. He currently serves as the president Houston Professional Chapter of National Association of Black Accountants. He also serves on the board for the AICPA Benevolent Fund. Billy is the Inclusion and Diversity Leader of the KPMG Houston office and serves on KPMG National Inclusion and Diversity council.

Billy is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and is a certified public accountant licensed Texas and New York. Billy is married to Ancernetta Williams and is the proud father of daughters Ava and Alyssa.
