OIL2001. Welcome & Introductory Remarks | Keynote Panel: The New Reality of the Energy Industry

The world has dramatically changed under COVID-19, climate change decarbonization and the oil price collapse. But what changes stick? And how will that affect our future? This panel will explore the 8 potential lasting changes of COVID on the Oil & Gas industry as well as share perspectives from millennials on how energy companies can attract and engage this generation. Key questions the panel will explore include:

a) How to make energy more enticing as an industry for millennials

b) What changes are relative to millennial sentiment under COVID? Many are in middle management and play an important role in guiding leaders as well as engaging the next generation.

c) What recommendations would they offer to energy companies on how to engage younger generations?
